Hotels in Hengqin Port/Exhibition Center, Zhuhai

It was a beautiful room and the service was good. I would definitely visit again. There were some problems though. 1. The breakfast did not have enough food for everyone. 2. The bath water is too cold, which defeats the purpose of a bath. 3. Someone’s bags were already in our room when we arrived.

We booked this hotel for our first night and the night before our departure during our trip to Zhuhai Chimelong. While the hotel's amenities weren't absolutely perfect and had a few minor imperfections, these were certainly overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The staff's service was incredibly proactive and positive; every single member left an excellent impression. On one night of our stay, around 11 PM, a rather tall manager wearing glasses personally came to our room to address a minor issue with the toilet. His response time from my report to his arrival was incredibly fast, and his attitude was both professional and positive. He handled the situation with great efficiency, immediately helping us relocate our luggage to a new, upgraded room. Any slight displeasure caused by the initial hardware glitch completely dissipated. After all, any facility can experience malfunctions, but a team capable of resolving issues professionally and efficiently at any moment, while providing excellent service, is truly one to be trusted. I also want to highlight an older male staff member whom I saw both in the restaurant and greeting guests at the main entrance. He was exceptionally warm and thoughtful towards everyone, showed great care for children, actively greeted guests, and proactively offered assistance. In the restaurant, he would help serve our preferred dishes and even recommend specialties. These two individuals, in particular, left a profoundly positive impression on me. All other staff members, including the lovely ladies at the front desk and the one who delivered our children's toiletries, were equally wonderful – too many to praise individually! It's precisely because of this exceptional service that I gladly chose to stay here again the night before our departure. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Zhuhai in the future. (I've attached some sea view photos.) This is unequivocally a hotel worth staying at in Zhuhai. Compared to similarly priced hotels in other cities, it stands head and shoulders above the rest, even outperforming some establishments that cost twice as much (though to avoid any appearance of unfair criticism, I won't name names). If I have the opportunity during the upcoming air show, I will certainly return. I sincerely hope their high standards can be consistently maintained.

Staff willing to assist with friendly. Provided shuttle van service to ocean park and also circus hotel. Location nearby got restaurants and grocery store. Quite convenient by walking distance

The room was a little on the small side, which is perhaps expected given its location right next to a border checkpoint. Breakfast was primarily Western-style, but I found it quite enjoyable. Although the selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious, especially the freshly baked egg tarts. They also have an outdoor swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't get a chance to use it this time, but I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, as its location is super convenient for visiting both Macau and Chimelong.

This is our second stay here, and overall, we're extremely satisfied. During our previous visit for my birthday, the front desk recommended their courtyard stargazing RV, which was fantastic. Upon check-out, I had the pleasure of meeting Blair, the Lobby Manager. We exchanged WeChat contacts so I could reach out to her for future bookings – I want to give her a special shout-out now! This time, my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday, so I contacted Blair directly. True to form, she recommended a room type my daughter absolutely adored! Blair even upgraded us to a prime lakeside room, perfectly situated so we could watch the Iron Flower show right from our balcony. And because she was concerned about mosquitoes at night, she specially arranged for housekeeping to send up mosquito repellent and coils for us. Upon entering the room, my daughter was thrilled to find birthday decorations already set up! A happy child definitely makes for even happier parents! My daughter is already insisting on coming back for another stay, and of course, she wants to find Blair again (because Blair even prepared a special little gift for her! [chuckle]). She's talking about a three-day, two-night stay! However, we plan to visit during the off-season next time. Both of our previous visits were incredibly popular and crowded, which meant check-in took a bit longer. But the front desk staff were always very thorough and clear in their explanations. My daughter is already eagerly looking forward to her next Xingledu adventure, hahaha!

Rooms: big sized room with a comfy bed. Nice little balcony to sit and chill but was facing the construction site. Sound proofing got 95% of the noise but not all. Recommend having a TV subscription service (Tencent etc) as the hotel does not provide this on their tvs Location: Close to Chimelong but far from everything else. Delivery services and rideshare is a must. Service: excellent service all round from front desk (Thanks Cici), housekeeping, kids activity staff, guest buggy team. Overall good luxury hotel with lots of stuff for kids.

We drove from Guangxi and arrived very late at night due to heavy rain on the way. The front desk even called us after 11 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming! Check-in was quick and seamless, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. Right downstairs, there are various breakfast shops, small eateries, and convenience stores, giving it a very authentic local vibe. There's also a Huafa Mall conveniently located nearby. The hotel offers free parking with ample spaces, making it very convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location was directly across from the Hengqin Port entry point to Macau. The room was spacious and well-appointed, exceeding expectations for the price. The proprietor was exceptionally accommodating, promptly fulfilling my request for a non-smoking room and allowing early check-in. Contact the owner via WeChat to arrange access, as there is no lobby reception. The Port Plaza is directly across the street, and Chimelong Ocean World is a ten-minute drive away. The overall experience was excellent.

That was a surprisingly nice time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. I would especially like to mention Miranda. She speaks English very well and communication was easy. Our room level was upgraded and it exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was varied and everyone could choose meals to their liking.

The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and places to visit. Great location to go visit Macao as the border is only 10 minute Didi ride away. Room was spacious and bathroom was phenomenal, big wide shower and bathtub. Definitely would stay there again.
