We booked the 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package for two, which included unlimited access to Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotless, designed with a delightful, child-friendly theme. Hotel service was exceptional, with staff being consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Spaceship Park is conveniently located right inside the hotel, making access incredibly easy. Getting to Ocean Kingdom from the Spaceship Hotel was also a breeze, with a shuttle bus service that takes only about 5 minutes. The Chimelong Show on the first day was absolutely breathtaking. Day two at Ocean Kingdom offered a fantastic blend of marine animal performances and numerous thrilling rides, appealing to both adults and children. We enjoyed a perfect balance, switching between the attractions and watching the shows when we needed a break – just be sure to keep an eye on the showtimes! Day three was dedicated to Spaceship Park, an ideal spot for kids to learn about marine life and even get up close with the magnificent orcas, truly the 'kings of the ocean'! A huge plus is that the entire park is indoors, so you're completely sheltered from wind, rain, or intense sun. Overall, this 3-day, 2-night getaway was incredibly enjoyable and entirely stress-free!

The bed is very comfortable ! Staffs are friendly . And it is such a great deal including two theme park tickets for two . Good to dinner next to the cute penguin 🐧. Wish it is cleaner , but understand it is for email with toddler so lot of food stains at most seats and rugs . Next time would like to try the newer spaceship hotel?

My initial reason for choosing Hengqin Bay was purely for its convenience, but it far exceeded my expectations, offering a truly comfortable and carefree holiday experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to the theme park, airport, and train station. The parking lot was spacious and easy to navigate, and staff members proactively came forward to guide us, making us feel at ease from the moment we stepped out of the car. The lobby is bright and spacious, with a refreshing ocean-themed decor that isn't overly cluttered, instantly putting guests at ease. Check-in was handled swiftly by the front desk staff, who were efficient and spoke in a gentle tone. Our room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was very practical. My favorite feature was the small balcony, which overlooked lush greenery. Standing there in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, offering a complete range of children's amenities. The water park and ball pit kept the children thoroughly entertained, and the staff were always smiling, ready to answer any questions, and showed great patience and attentiveness. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with fresh ingredients; the hot dishes and soups were particularly delicious and satisfying. Shuttle buses and ferries to and from the theme park were frequent, saving us time and effort. At check-out, they proactively helped us store our luggage and even offered bottled water for our journey, which were incredibly thoughtful touches. It must be said that Hengqin Bay is a hotel that truly understands families. It avoids overly flashy decor, instead focusing on delivering genuine practicality and comfort. If you're looking for a relaxing and hassle-free family getaway, this place might be just what you're looking for.

Choosing this hotel for our family trip with our 3-year-old was an excellent decision! The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail. At check-in, the front desk staff proactively provided children's toiletries and slippers, and even gave our child some lovely cartoon stickers. One day, as we were leaving with our stroller, the doorman not only opened the door for us but also thoughtfully brought an anti-slip mat, showing exceptional attentiveness. The hotel's facilities also perfectly catered to our family's needs: On the first floor, there's a super clean kids' play area, fully equipped with picture books, a slide, and a building block zone, which kept our little one happily entertained for hours. In the room, a crib and safety rail were available for free, the bathroom featured a dedicated baby toilet seat, and even the shower area was equipped with anti-slip mats. Our 4-day stay was entirely stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit!

The hotel's location was directly across from the Hengqin Port entry point to Macau. The room was spacious and well-appointed, exceeding expectations for the price. The proprietor was exceptionally accommodating, promptly fulfilling my request for a non-smoking room and allowing early check-in. Contact the owner via WeChat to arrange access, as there is no lobby reception. The Port Plaza is directly across the street, and Chimelong Ocean World is a ten-minute drive away. The overall experience was excellent.

That was a surprisingly nice time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. I would especially like to mention Miranda. She speaks English very well and communication was easy. Our room level was upgraded and it exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was varied and everyone could choose meals to their liking.

We checked in at 4:30 pm, the room had just been cleaned and the floor was still wet from mopping. Maybe it was because I opened the window for ventilation during cleaning, so there were a few big mosquitoes in the room. I killed three of them. Also, when we checked in, we confirmed with the staff that we could check out later until 2pm, but at 12:00pm, another staff member rudely urged us to leave. After communication, at around 1am, a cleaner knocked on the door to clean the room. There is something wrong with the operation of this apartment!

The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and places to visit. Great location to go visit Macao as the border is only 10 minute Didi ride away. Room was spacious and bathroom was phenomenal, big wide shower and bathtub. Definitely would stay there again.

For this spontaneous trip, I once again chose my beloved Circus Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its charming decorations. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; noticing I was traveling alone with a child, they kindly offered me an upgrade. Upon entering the room, I was thrilled to discover it was a fireworks-view room – what a delightful surprise! What's more, the resort area is conveniently close to the Spaceship Hotel, with the shuttle bus taking only 3 minutes to get there, which is a huge bonus. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide array of options. I will definitely choose the Circus Hotel again for my next stay.
