Super good breakfast with variety of foods in healthy style to satisfy different preferences; Spacious room and bathroom which provided us all we needed in a convenient and thoughtful way. The bed is very comfortable. Warm and friendly stuff helped us with all we wanted. They even had an earlier breakfast for our morning flight. This is indeed a five star hotel of facilities and services, but it has the lowest price.

I have stayed at Xi'an Hotel in other places before, and this one has its advantages and disadvantages. The location is convenient, it's very close to Gongbei Port on foot for about ten minutes. There are many restaurants nearby. There is free parking until 2 pm the next day. The parking space is right in front of the hotel. It costs 7 yuan per hour thereafter. The staff are polite and friendly with a smile. The shower water temperature is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The hair dryer is touch-sensitive and difficult to control. It will stop automatically if you don't touch the right position. Also, it only blows out heat but no wind. It takes me a long time to dry my long hair. The bathroom is not as good as expected. The bath towel has holes and is too old but is still used. These consumables should be replaced regularly. The toilet door has stains and no one cleans it. This is completely torture and unacceptable.

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

It is close to Qinglu South Road, with good scenery and convenient transportation. It is convenient to cross the border from Gongbei Port and you can go to Macau. The environment is very good, the hygiene is also acceptable, and the facilities are OK.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel we stayed in this time. As soon as we entered the door, the staff warmly guided us to check in, and also sent us New Year gifts. The room was decorated with welcome fruits, which was warm and elegant. The bedding was soft and comfortable. I slept very well all night. The hotel gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast is rich in variety. There are Chinese and Western dishes to meet the needs of different tastes. I will choose this hotel next time I come here!

You can tell the inside by the outside looks. Walking distance to shopping mall. On the 2nd floor serves good dim sum and other food. You have to settled the bill by 11am to have a jug of refillable tea of your choice on the house. Food portion were huge. If you don't have a big appetite for 4 persons just order 3 dishes.

Overall satisfactory, nice breakfast & nice upgrade to seaview room. But two areas to be improved. Appointed delivery service is canceled without pior notice. Furthermore, there was smoke smell on non-smoking floor & you can listen to neighbour noise a night.

I can hardly hear the sound of KTV on the 6th floor. I have to listen very carefully to hear the sound of the subwoofer. I just need to reserve a high floor with the front desk in advance. The service of Orange is still good.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to eat nearby. The room is large and clean. The room is also equipped with tea sets. The lobby is also spacious and you can rest at any time. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Zhuhai

The lobby and the lift not looking good, but the room is ok, big, clean and tiny. Have been upgraded as diamond member, had good sleep at night but some construction work started at 9am the next day which woke us up.
