I had an incredible stay at here. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the stunning views from my window. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

It’s full house and too many ppl at breakfast venue. We gave up the 2nd day breakfast as it’s too crowded. The conceigere mistakenly made our hotel access card for one night but actually we stayed for two nights. This gave us much inconvenience to go down and up for several rounds to fix the card… Robot helped to deliver take away which was so convenient!

The hotel is sooooo good. Staff is very good, one can speak English. He recommends the famous place and restaurant in Zhuhai. Room so comfortable. Breakfast yummy, dumplings is the best.

We stayed in a luxurious suite with four rooms, accommodating our group of four families and five kids. The kids enjoyed being together, and it was challenging to find such a spacious accommodation. The suite itself was quite new and clean, but the lobby and other facilities felt somewhat outdated. Overall, I still recommend this place if you need three or more rooms in the same apartment.

First, the good. I think this is a very clean hotel. I liked the spacious room and the river view. I like how there is a washer & dryer, a fridge, and they give you high-quality tea in the rooms. The cleaning lady gave me great service too. Unfortunately, there were problems. My mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The box spring was old. It made noises whenever I shifted in my sleep. The sofa was old and looked stained. I also didn’t like how there was no chair with a backrest. The bathroom was excellent, but I didn’t have good water pressure for my shower. The location was disappointing as well. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Although, I did enjoy the quiet at night. I think the location isn’t an issue if you are driving. Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel. But I can’t recommend it based on the problems I had with my room. Perhaps these are not issues though in other rooms and I was just unlucky.  

As a well-established chain, this hotel lived up to its reputation and was as excellent as ever. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was cozy and very comfortable, which our children absolutely loved. The stunning city view from our window was truly impressive. We especially appreciated the thoughtful tea selection in the room, featuring authentic Pu'er and Dianhong teas. It was incredibly relaxing to sip such quality tea while admiring the night view. The downstairs area also offered convenient access to a wide array of delicious shops and restaurants.

I recently stayed at Hua Feng Hotel in Zhuhai and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Monica (Mon), Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She even usher us to a nearby restaurant to have our lunch. Room was clean & and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. What truly stood out was the outstanding service & genuine hospitality of Mon. She was attentive and ready to assist with any request. Overall, my stay at Hua Feng was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

This time I chose this hotel because it is newly opened, and the reviews are good, there is a large shopping mall nearby about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the hotel, so come and experienceー! A family of three booked the Star River Suite, the room is really big, spacious enough without a sense of oppression, the cleaning aunt cleaned very neat 👍🏻 There is a living room and cloakroom, worth mentioning is the mattress soft and hard, very comfortable 👏🏻 The front desk waiter is very kind and polite, the next day due to heavy rain, so give us delayed check-out time, is very considerate of customers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Next time will definitely stay again.

The room was spotlessly clean and very invitingly decorated, creating a truly cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly soft and luxurious, making it feel like sleeping on clouds, and I slept soundly all the way until morning. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality and very pleasant to use. The room also boasted excellent soundproofing; once the door was closed, all external noise was completely shut out.

We took a cruise from Shenzhen Shekou to Macau, then headed to Zhuhai in the evening. The hotel is super conveniently located right by Gongbei Port, you can spot it immediately upon exiting. The front desk upgraded our room, which was incredibly spacious with lovely decor. The bed was large, the bathroom felt luxurious and was fully equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and quite extensive – honestly the best I've had in my 8 days on the road! They had vermicelli noodles, baby pumpkin, eggs (including fried eggs), corn, congee, and super fresh fruit. We had an evening flight, and the front desk gave excellent recommendations for things to do, like Zhuhai Fisher Girl and Huafa Shangdu, both of which were really good. After exploring, we came back for our luggage, and the airport express service nearby got us to the airport in a quick 40 minutes! Highly recommend! Five stars!
