The room was modern, comfortable and well appointed. Nearby there are good Chinese and Indian restaurants. It was a pleasurable stay.

Very nice facilities and extremely comfortable bed. It’s high up and so you can see the edges of Macau. Classic Chinese buffet breakfast but it sure was satisfying. Short walk from both Gongbei Port and various types of Zhuhai night life. The train station is also 15 minutes away! The only real complaint was the staff, one of which didn’t seem to be able to change the speed of their speech so I could understand, and the other who - despite doing so with an impeccably friendly smile - wouldn’t stop trying to tell me about some sort of promotion(?) despite insisting I was about to be late for my train.

This was an absolutely delightful and surprisingly pleasant stay! A huge thank you to our butler, Vivi, who thoughtfully fulfilled all my requests and needs throughout our visit. My family and I were extremely satisfied with our room's arrangement, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful night views right from our balcony. The hotel's location is truly superb, which certainly justified my weeks of careful deliberation before making this choice. You're directly opposite Xianglu Bay Beach, with Yeli Island and the iconic Zhuhai Grand Theater (often referred to as the 'Sun & Moon Shells') to your left, and the City Balcony to your right. Getting around couldn't be easier, and they even offer parent-child tandem bikes, which our kids absolutely loved. P.S. A special shout-out for the garlic bread at breakfast – it was incredibly delicious and a must-try!

Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

The location is great. There's a Walmart nearby, along with many other shops and restaurants, offering a variety of options. While not large, there's a night food market across the street, making it a great place to grab snacks and a beer even late at night. The breakfast is excellent, and all the staff are very friendly. The only downside to the hotel is that the room is a bit damp, which may be due to the rain I visited on that day.

I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established international hotel; the service was impeccable, the room was very clean, and it offered great value for money. We booked a family room, and the view was excellent, offering direct views of the sea and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The swimming pool was shaded after 3 PM, which meant our child could swim very comfortably and happily. Right at the hotel entrance, you can catch the sightseeing bus. For 30 RMB per person, you get unlimited rides within 24 hours, taking you to all the city's attractions. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating; they immediately granted our request for a late check-out. While waiting in the lobby, we ordered takeout and wanted to eat it in the cafe, which the staff also politely agreed to. The air conditioning and dehumidifier were already turned on in the room before we checked in. The hotel lobby displayed many beautiful crystal crafts that were very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast spread was excellent; after a satisfying meal, we just hopped on a bus and went out to enjoy ourselves. The only drawback was that the central air conditioning unit, after running for a while, became a bit noisy; we hope this can be improved. Next time we visit, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious n clean. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast is included n offers quite a good selection of items, such as congee, noodles, hot food, eggs, buns, dim sum n fruits. We got upgraded too. Just before we checked out the hotel, the toilet flush did not work well. Hotel sent technician to come n fix the problem right away n to our satisfaction. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay for us.

Winnie Chen provided outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive and warm, helping me analyze and choose the best room type that suited my needs and offered great value for money. She truly understands what guests are looking for and goes out of her way to assist them. Whenever I asked staff for itinerary advice, I received excellent and practical recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. The room was fantastic, offering a wide, open view of the mountains from the window. The location is excellent, very close to major attractions like the Love Post Office and Sun & Moon Bay. The front desk staff even recommended the city sightseeing bus, which costs only 30 yuan for a full day of unlimited rides. I took it and enjoyed breathtaking sea views along the coastline. The exclusive steam room and massage pool were a lifesaver. After a tiring day of travel, a soak in the massage pool truly helped melt away my fatigue. The room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned it daily, replenishing toiletries and bottled water. Overall, I had an incredibly value-for-money stay! I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Zhuhai.

The room felt very nice and comfortable overall. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, addressing all our questions and needs with warmth and care. The facilities were also excellent and very convenient to use. The complimentary breakfast was quite good too, offering a decent spread including noodles, bread, milk, and pastries – everything you'd expect. Highly recommended!
