The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms.

Had such a wonderful experience in Palm Spring Hotel. Ms Tse at the front desk was ever helpful and taking care and answering our queries all the time. Hotel provide free shuttle service from Gongbei port to their hotel. Just need to call them or made arrangement with frontdesk. There is a wellness spa massage centre right opposite the hotel which is great for relaxation.

The location is very good, the surrounding transportation and dining are convenient, the community is also very harmonious, there are leisure squares and sports venues. If you don't consider staying in the scenic area hotel of Chimelong Amusement Park, you can consider this place. It is also very convenient to visit the scenic area, and it costs about 8-12 yuan to take a taxi.
