位置便利，但隔音很差，四週很嘈雜，夜晚半夜時常被嘈雜聲吵醒，睡得不好，難以入睡，冷氣不夠凉快，比較熱。衛生程度一般，不值得推介此民宿。

位置真的沒話説，離金灣華髮商都超近，逛街吃飯步行就能到，出行特別方便。最驚喜的是180°湖景房，推開窗就是波光粼粼的湖面，視野超開闊，不管是晨起看日出還是傍晚賞晚霞都超治癒。
服務特別貼心，從入住接待到退房都很順暢，工作人員態度熱情又有耐心，有任何需求都能及時響應，還會主動推薦周邊的美食和遊玩路線，像朋友一樣親切。
設施也很齊全，有投影設施，窩在沙發上看電影太愜意了！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，細節處做得很到位，這個價位完全超出預期，下次來還會選擇這裏～

酒店在金灣原築台公寓樓，正對金灣藝術中心，風景好，門口有公交車，到華髮商都好近，樓下有小食店，便利店，燒烤店，各種需求都能滿足，十分方便。房內衞生乾淨，設施有點舊但也滿意，店家服務也好，出差旅遊選擇這裏還是可以。
