• Spacious, good for family. But walls were thin, you could easily hear noise from next doors such as people walking, kids screaming, people loud talking etc.
• Hygiene was just so-so. Bed and blanket were clean, apart from a dead fly sleeping under a pillow. There’s stain and dust around the place. There’s water leaking under the toilet bowl.
• There’s a stove but no pans or cutlery proved. All the cabinets were empty.
• It’s listed in the facilities that there’d be 24 hours hot water, but it ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. Turned out you need to wait until it’s stored enough hot water. If it runs out, you’ll need to wait again. There’s no such notice in this.
• Hotel staff couldn’t be reached at night (regarding the hot water issue), no response at all until reaching out to Trip.com eventually and they responded.

I took my kids to Chimelong and randomly found this B&B. I saw a lot of good reviews, so I booked it. It was just as others said, very clean and cozy. The owner was so kind to turn on the air conditioner in advance. The details were perfect. I will recommend it to relatives and friends to try it in the future. Good reviews.
