這家漢庭外觀比較老舊，當時旁邊在裝修，前台説白天可能會有聲音，但晚上不會施工，所以就還好。
應該是居民樓改酒店，整棟樓裏還有民房和另一家酒店的房間。大堂到電梯間還會經過一家餐飲，洗衣房很小，好像衹有2個洗衣機。
房間內整體看着還行，活動空間比較小，設施比較老舊，衞生一般，比較多灰塵，空調應該也很久沒有清理了。洗手池很淺，開水一定會飛濺出來，感覺設計很不合理😂。
走廊有看到其他房型，有一種是在小門裡又開了2-3個房間，門挨門，感覺隔音應該不太好。
這個價格會比較建議再看看其他酒店。

事實描述。大家見仁見智。設施：一開始到了看到是綜合樓（一座大廈裏混合了幾家企業）然後是那種舊樓改的酒店。花灑輕輕一拔是連着支架一起拔下來了。沒有一次性刮鬍刀，要找前台送上來。還有，我不理解為什麼房間這裡有一個漏水口，這絕對會有蟑螂出來啊，為什麼能這麼設定啊？它上面是個洗手枱，洗手枱上有自己的水管，這個漏水口就是純純放在這不知道幹嘛的。
衞生：剛進去總體來説乾淨，翻被子也沒有啥問題。後面出去玩到半夜回去看到蟑螂，轉瞬鑽入了牆壁的縫裡，對，牆壁與地板的膠開裂有縫了。於是衹能找前台求助（因為太晚了，沒有房子，自己帶了一次性被罩就算了）
服務：合格吧，珠海有小雨，要把傘也會有，不需要按金，但離譜是傘比較小，我們兩個人，為啥不多給一把呢？打的車到了，我們急着趕過關，又算了。上面提到的蟑螂求助，男服務員赤手上來問蟑螂在哪？我幫你搞。但打電話求助前台，前台是馬上上來，會帶上殺蟲劑，我也説了拿個殺蟲劑來吧（太晚了真的不想折騰）結果上來，那哥們就是想幫我踩死然後打掃走。。我請問呢？帶上來會咋樣，能踩死我也需要殺蟲劑預防啊？那蟑螂要不會動我自己不能踩嗎？
