在入住这家酒店前，只是已經看過了評價，想說也沒有那麼差勁嘛！是那些人小事化大而已吧！沒想到有部份果真是事實，首先是入住登記的问题，真的蠻奇怪，幹嘛酒店不在住客入住之前預先通知住客，那裡是沒有前台的，一切需要自己到達了，找不到人打电话給客服才告訴您需要加微信上3樓，才會告知入住安排，原來是沒有服務人員在现场招待的，只是这樣安排我覺得是沒問题的，为什麼不先预早告之，好等住客比較好找呢？怪不得之前看評價，那麼多人都埋怨找不到门口，我們也終於親身感受到是什麼一回事了，提議酒店可在停车场和當眼地方(如大樓門口)標示酒店名稱在3樓，这樣可減少不少误会。
酒店位置方面是有点不方便的，如果是開车的还算可以的，15塊可停24小時(可無限次出入)，车位宽趟也足夠的。
房間衛生方面就真的有待改進，房内有嗅到水渠味，硬件也有点老舊，應該是保養不足所致，床鋪和沙发看似干淨，但是有塵和跳蚤咬人的就是。
房内的燈掣也是奇怪，反應不夠靈敏，開始的時候是需要嘗試多次才成功令燈光一直打亮，另外就是浴室和房間內缺乏掛鈎，衣服和雜物也沒處可放，还有就是如果有一个小冰箱会更方便的。
服務方面，線上的客服很清晰和專業，指示得很清楚，反應也很快回覆，这是值得一讚的
希望酒店多加注意和改善，这樣才会客似云来的，謝謝。
