This is the worst ever accommodation I’ve ever been to.
1. There was no signage of the hotel outside and it was under another name when you get into the building.
2. It is inside a commercial building with office/warehouse on the same floor
3. The room was extremely dirty with broken stained furniture, toilet floor was wet with leakage.
4. The so called bedroom upstairs were just with a mattress on the floor
5. Had to catch a lorry lift to the reception on the 8th floor which was just a small warehouse like room.
6. We checked out immediately and told the reception that the room is not acceptable but then the hotel told trip.com that our reason of cancellation was because something important happened and we had to leave.

Friendly and very helpful front desk reception. Though our demand were demanding, front desk manager was polite and accommodating at all times. The unit is clean and bed comfortable and firm.

The style and layout of the B&B room are quite good. The front desk guy is very friendly and on call 24 hours a day. I will choose this place next time. There are many restaurants around here and it is also very lively.
