Good hardware, dirty window, fair amenities, got some noise from aircon n technician was able to come n fix in 30 mins, and new room was offered. Location wise close to border: RMB20 taxi. New shopping/entertaining complex but a bit too new n the people were not here in the hood yet this bit crowded.

The room is bright, clean and comfortable. It is less than 10 minutes away from Hengqin Port. Check-in is very convenient. The housekeeper is very good. He followed up on matters in time after check-in and responded quickly. I booked a 1.8 twin double room. It is really convenient and comfortable to bring my family to stay. It is also equipped with children's products, which is very thoughtful. The room is similar to an apartment and feels like home. I will continue to consider booking Shi Le Fen when I come to Hengqin next time.
