公寓在一棟商務樓上，沒有前台接待，管家把電子鎖發到手機裏，吃飯要到兩公裡外的口岸居民區，床單被罩都不是新換的，不乾淨，空調不能制熱。凌晨十二點一羣人可以隨便開門闖進房間，打開燈吵吵嚷嚷，嚇**，管家微信説是走錯了房間，有這麼奇葩的住宿嗎，連最基本的安全都保障不了！一晚上沒睡着，怕再有人進來！

圖片與實際不一樣，其他的圖片我就不發佈了，也是做生意的，擋人財路也不太好，還好自己出門喜歡帶各種一次性的的用品，早知道多住一晚企鵝酒店了，想着體驗不同的環境，以後再也不會住酒店公寓了

沒有前台，也沒有客服提前聯繫，到地方了需要打電話聯繫後再加微信給門鎖密碼，使用了提前入住4小時權益根本就是白搭，九點多電話聯繫打了十幾遍才有人接，客服説還在睡覺沒聽到電話，簡直離譜，九點多還沒上班嗎？衞生一般，適合湊合住一晚第二天一早過口岸的人，整體環境也一般，是商住混用的公寓

非常差的體驗，一晚上打死十幾衹蚊子，廁所邋裡邋遢的，地上有頭髮積水，廁所無敵臭，用香薰也掩蓋不住，衞生很差，廳的空調吹出來的風一股味道，估計清理，嚴重踩雷，整晚都給蚊子搞得沒法睡覺，客服還説要滅蚊液，一直都是開着的也沒效果，不會再來第二次
