酒店坐落在靠近樂園的地方，周圍綠樹環繞，空氣清新。位置絕佳，就在飛船樂園旁邊，度假區美食雲集，去看錶演都有穿梭巴士接送來回。房間佈置得很有格調和温馨，寬敞明亮，服務有求必應，住在這裏很好，賓至如歸，必須好評！酒店的餐廳提供了多種美食，自助餐廳的午餐和自助晚餐豐富，孩子吃得開心，我們也放心。工作人員對孩子很有耐心，小朋友很喜歡，這是一次非常温馨愉快的度假體驗。

飛船酒店服務非常好，因最後一天航班突然延誤，給延遲到15點退房，而且送了孩子禮物，管家一直在線，有問題隨時解決，樂園和王國都非常好玩，無邊泳池也很好，衹可惜12月水有點涼沒有下，四天3晚，無限次暢玩太爽了，第一次進需要身份證，再進刷臉即可，去海洋王國和長隆秀，都有免費班車接送，長隆孩子的天堂，YYDS，感謝這幾天酒店管家的熱心解答和幫助！

離海洋世界很近，樓下就有接送大巴，很方便。景區很大，內容很豐富，表揚的互動感很強，剛好可以增強娃的表達和互動能力，現場工作人員親和力也很強，很細心。
洗手間衞生也都還不錯，比想象中的乾淨很多，這點挺好的，在裏面走了2天，感覺可以來個腳按店和頭療店就完美了[偷笑][偷笑]
酒店自帶的遊樂場還是很豐富的，還有工作人員現場盯着安全、這點感覺很好。衞生看着也不錯。
酒店自帶的海底世界，鯨魚🐳表演很不錯，看的我是熱血沸騰，心情澎湃，為生命贊歎和感動。
房間，怎麼説呢，同樣的價格肯定外面的更精緻吧，房間在我看來相對粗糙，但小朋友喜歡，去園區也方便，那就也蠻去吧。花花綠綠的，各種。用品還算齊全吧，馬桶坐墊，踩凳都有。
酒店的客服不錯，很細緻，這點要給10分。

週末帶娃來玩，人雖多但辦理入住非常快捷，工作人員超nice，房間設施對小朋友非常友好。樂園非常大啊，足足玩了兩天，閉園後直接去酒店的自助晚餐，品類非常豐盛。退房後還給小朋友準備了小禮物，超驚喜的。飛船真的超適合親子游。

衞生間是黏腳的，沒有好好擦地，前台的服務就是顧着推銷門票，服務和工作銜接不熟練。早餐品類少，不好吃，服務更是差，門口流程繁瑣，這幾天降温，帶着孩子冷冷的排隊，進屋發現好多空桌子都是收拾好的，你説這心情能好嗎？但是門口幫拿行李的小哥服務周到熱情，還有管家服務也是可以的。

房間温馨舒適， 床墊躺着不軟不硬正合適，枕頭都挺舒服。設施完善不錯，房間空調和WiFi都很好。還貼心配備了小童床、小童拖鞋、小童牙刷等親子用品 。房間吧枱還有免費的飲料和咖啡包茶包。需要送物直接致電客房提供，下次再來，每位工作人員都是熱情洋溢，退房很方便快捷直接扔進快捷退房箱，不用排隊退房。酒店和樂園有很多活動可以參與，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務到位。品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品好用，衞生間乾濕分離，孩子專用的小馬桶圈、踩腳凳解決了親子出行的小麻煩。靠近飛船樂園直接在酒店下個樓，帶娃旅行毫無壓力。房間還可以掃碼點餐，早餐很豐盛，菜品豐富，口感也是非常不錯的，性價比高，一樓食集有各種餐飲，能滿足基本用餐需求，總體入住很滿意，下次還會選擇這！
