The hotel is in a good location, with car pick-up and drop-off. The service is very thoughtful. We were upgraded to a sea view room for free. The breakfast has few varieties but is delicious. The hotel scenery is very good.

I didn't enjoy the early check-in privilege at all! I booked a room on Ctrip, and the hotel called to say that there was no room of that type! They asked me to cancel the order or reschedule. I refused, and arrived at the site. I checked into the room at around 13:30 noon, but was told by the front desk that I had to wait because there was no room. I refused, and the hotel front desk issued a card and asked me to go directly to the room, but it was not cleaned at all! I called the room attendant to clean it myself! The experience was extremely bad! I negotiated with the front desk, and the person in charge of the front desk said that it was a Ctrip problem, not a hotel problem! One point for service is to vote for the auntie who cleans the room! It has nothing to do with the hotel! I would like to praise the cleaning auntie here. The picture shows the scene when I found that the room was not cleaned after I took the room card, so I called the cleaner to clean it! The Wifi is the same as the front desk! It is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and the balcony is by the sea. It is super comfortable. I like it. It is easy to take a big photo. I will continue to stay here next time.

When you come back at night, the driver will be off work and you have to walk back by yourself. The sightseeing bus in the scenic area has been changed to a circular route, so you can visit all the attractions on the island in one trip.
