I didn't enjoy the early check-in privilege at all! I booked a room on Ctrip, and the hotel called to say that there was no room of that type! They asked me to cancel the order or reschedule. I refused, and arrived at the site. I checked into the room at around 13:30 noon, but was told by the front desk that I had to wait because there was no room. I refused, and the hotel front desk issued a card and asked me to go directly to the room, but it was not cleaned at all! I called the room attendant to clean it myself! The experience was extremely bad! I negotiated with the front desk, and the person in charge of the front desk said that it was a Ctrip problem, not a hotel problem! One point for service is to vote for the auntie who cleans the room! It has nothing to do with the hotel! I would like to praise the cleaning auntie here. The picture shows the scene when I found that the room was not cleaned after I took the room card, so I called the cleaner to clean it! The Wifi is the same as the front desk! It is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

The room was very clean and comfortable. After a trip outside, I played a game of mahjong with my friends. The service attitude was also very good. It was a good trip. I will come again during the summer vacation.
