I have stayed at this hotel almost every weekend in the past few years. Yesterday, we checked in on site and met the front desk (female, with a rounder face) for the first time. She told us that the xx room was more than 200 yuan, but we checked online and found that it was several dozen yuan cheaper. I don't know if the front desk has the obligation to tell us which way to book a room is more favorable, but this attitude is quite embarrassing, at least other front desks I met before would not do this. By the way, she is also very considerate and strictly follows the hotel rules. We checked out 30 minutes later than the agreed time, and she charged an extra 15 yuan. Everyone remember to check out on time.

The hotel is the same as the photo of the hotel booked on the website. The hotel room is spacious, but it is arranged on the 5th floor. The hotel does not have an elevator, so we have to use stairs! If you are pushing suitcases, don't live so high. The air conditioning in the room is insufficient, but it gets cold on rainy days. Please ask the hotel to follow up. There is a leak in the bathroom door in the room. The sound insulation of the room is average. The sound of walking upstairs can be heard in the room. It’s clear, even the sound of the phone vibrating in the next room can be heard very clearly. The hotel is near Chimelong Paradise. If you want to go to Chimelong in the morning, don’t go out too early because you can’t get a car. You can wait a little longer before going out. Yes, there are many seafood restaurants downstairs of the hotel, as well as beef noodles or fried noodles!

The best compliment is for the front desk lady, she is very thin and has beautiful eyes. She saw that we were staying at night with a one-year-old child, and she helped us solve any problems we had. Thank her very much

The environment is OK, but it takes a long time to swipe the card to open the door. The shower gel seems to have a smell after using it, and I feel a little allergic after using it.

The air conditioner blew a foul odor. The window lock of room 406 was broken and could not be locked. It was too close to the road and the noise from the cars was very loud at night, which affected our rest.
