2023年12月23號我入住酒店就在拱北口岸看來房間環境很整潔很乾凈，前台服務態度很不錯，離拱北口岸也很近，交通便利，出門逛街很多超市商店有小吃餐館方便實惠，非常超棒噠！下次有機會再來珠海旅遊玩呀。😄👍🏻

房間挺大，面積符合，就是沒電梯，一個女的冒着大汗（¯―¯٥）提着大行李箱還有挎包，上三樓，長廊也好遠

酒店殘舊，浴室燈時亮時熄，洗面盤燈完全開不著，門上有不明的污穢，沒有電梯，要行兩層才到房，住了两晚，換了另一房，燈光沒問題，但仍是牆壁有不同的污穢。唯一好處是員工態度親切友善。

我已經第二次選擇住馬騮酒店，原因係它位置實在大好，在拱北市中心及酒店附近，有好多食市及娛樂 設施，又 鄰近 夏灣夜市 食宵夜非常方便， 而且 價錢又比較便宜， 但可惜 房間比較簡陋及衛生 一般， 如諗住在拱北 休息十零個鐘，就不妨 住此間酒店。
