設施：空調會滴水
衞生：枕頭上和床頭旁的按鈕有上個住店人吃外賣留下來的油，枕頭旁也有油污，不知道是洗不乾淨還是沒換枕頭

該酒店服務質量極差，酒店前台對待客户非常無力囂張傲慢！
毫無最起碼的服務理念和態度！
辦理入住時，以酒店規定“客户辦理入住必須交100元按金”為由，超出合同約定範圍，強制客户繳納按金方能辦理入住。
並且嘲笑客户連100元交不起！豈不知，客户的被尊重和被信任是無論多少金錢無法買到的！

酒店設施，原本很上檔次得，但是顏色和款式可能有些年代了，網頁上15，16年裝修的。酒店整個在6樓，有單獨電梯可上。就是酒店四周用圍擋圍起來，當時是這樣，而且酒店地下幾個樓層，看不到燈光，外面看，感覺像廢棄的場所，不過進入後發現，酒店是正常營業得。不過就是酒店地址，如果來珠海，是完成3件事，玩長隆+去澳門+覽海邊，那麼這個位置，我個人覺得很不合適。本人就是很晚到，很早出門！！！位置很重要！！！

真的是要吐槽一下，酒店門找不到，貼個廣告紙小的可憐，房間小的可憐，還不乾淨，説要安靜的房間，結果給了靠電梯口，大清早吵的不行，三百多塊一晚，性價比真的低，絕對不會選擇第二次，避雷!

房子處處灰塵粉塵 還有小蟲子蟑螂，一樓前台小姐好像家裡頭發生什麼事一樣 臉臭、態度差的要命，要不是一次訂六天 ，不然隔天就想走了，六天只跟他要过一次礦泉水 竟然還要收費 ，我就想問 如果我分開來訂不同房間 这水你是給還是不給？？爛透了、隔音也很差 樓下是ktv ***上來生小孩的**聲電視都蓋不過去。
