Impeccable hotel, I highly recommend!

The room mvac absolutely not cool, there is 33C when we enter the room and still 28C after ac running for 5 hours. and the most terrible thing is, all ac sockets in the room are out of power, it is insane. Nobody answer the room services hotline, even how long time you called.... In these connections, I will not recommend this hotel, we will not come back ever and never.
