The worst Lavande hotel I've ever stayed in. Terrible attitude! There are huge safety risks in the hotel. The protective measures are not well taken at all. The edge of the mattress is too sharp. The hotel has not fenced off the potential danger area or set up obvious warning signs! My three-year-old daughter wanted to get out of bed but she fell down from a high place. Her forehead hit the edge of your bed. I was afraid that the child would have other symptoms, so I took her to the emergency room everywhere. After getting the stitches, I came back and told your hotel what happened today at the front desk. Only then did you say to change my suite! Later I said I wanted to add your person in charge’s WeChat, and until today I was the first one to contact you! Then they told me that this was our own private space! Finally, your solution is to apologize to me and there is nothing else you can do. Such a serious injury happened in your hotel, and you just said an apology to me. No one would accept it! If there is an accident with safety hazards in your hotel, are you always so irresponsible? Don’t you have certain responsibilities? The hotel did not take adequate protective measures and some rooms must have felt that this was inappropriate and put up something like an anti-collision strip on the edge of the bed. The room where my daughter fell did not have this strip!
