There are three places in the room with lights that cannot be turned off, including the entrance door and the left and right sides of the bed. Very affecting sleep. See pictures for details. Second, the toilet in the room was blocked. I ran to the bathroom next to the restaurant on the first floor to use the toilet, and it seemed to be blocked as well. This problem is relatively common in a hotel renovated in 2019, because there are slogans on the wall saying be careful about clogging the toilet and use it carefully. No pictures for this one. The third is price backstabbing. I made a reservation on Ctrip for 430 yuan at around ten in the morning. I went to check in at two or three o'clock that afternoon. At this moment, the price on Ctrip had dropped to 390 yuan.
