Hotel room was cozy and comfortable and comparable to some 5-star hotel under Marriott Group. Hotel staff Ms Liang（ 梁小姐 ） and Ms Chen（ 陈小姐) was very friendly and helpful in attending to us. Ms Liang helped to arrange a special welcome for us in the hotel room and it was a nice surprise!
We came mainly for the Zhuhai Airshow and Ms Chen( 陈小姐） offered us transport options which helped us to get to the exhibition site and we appreciate her help.
Only complain was there was limited variety in the breakfast menu but noodles was very nice and it was enough to keep us full for much of the day. We will want to come back again when we next visit Zhuhai. Hotel location is good and convenient to visit Macau. There are also many shops and restaurants in the nearby basement shopping mall.

Reception is friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist Chen Shao Ping 陈少屏 is very helpful and gave us an early check-in and informed the housekeeping staff to bring fruits to my room. The housekeeping staff are all polite and service-oriented. Breakfast is served at the Dim Sum Cafe on the ground floor. Delicious and adequate.
Location is good, just minutes' walk from Zhuhai-Macau border. When rushing back before the border closes at 1am, it took just a 5 min walk to the hotel.
Read some negative reviews on this hotel but the experience was largely different. Glad to stay at this place.

The fragrant wafted through the air when I stepped in to the lobby. It did not stop here but permeate all the way to the room. Great location very closed to the railway station for those who wish to go to Guangzhou or Zhongshan and Macau is just a few steps away. Excellent amenities with many power points, hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Of course not to forget that the staff were never be and helpful too.

Fabulous experience with the hotel ! ☺️ and the location is so strategic where the Gong Bei Port is just opposite of the hotel. Everything is great !

View is very good. The hotel is very close to Gongbei port and Zhuhai Railway Station. Around the hotel have a lot of local restaurant. The surrounding is busy all the time (24/7).

Upon arrival, we took a while to find where the hotel was. We usually expect a lobby on the ground floor. But, the hotel lobby was located on Level 5. Checked in was a breeze with the friendly staff. On learning that breakfast would be able from 7.30 am onwards which do not meet our needs as we have to leave around that time to the golf courses.
Fortunately, Ms Chen Xinyi was gracious to help us contact Trip.com and make arrangements to cancel all our pre booked breakfast and get a refund. She even added me to the hotel wechat so that we can liaise with the hotel should we need any help. We would like to compliment her for excellent services! Great job, Ms. Chen.
Apart from the friendly services, we liked that the hotel room deco was modern and cleaned. Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness for the comfort of their guests.
L hotel is located a stone throw from the Gongbei Port and the Shopping Plaza. A shopping paradise. You can always cross over to Macau with ease within 30 mins. Besides, there is a good Tim sum restaurant and 24hrs Lawson on the ground floor. Many eateries and massage outlets within the vicinity. 10/10 for its location!
It was our pleasure to have stayed at L Hotel.

Location is good. Very happy with the room and services. Check in and out was fast. Room is spacious and was catered for kids. Love the room for kids with Doraemon theme . Nice.
Concierge staff 叶生is helpful to our enquires and provided good advises.
