Great location, service, and facilities! The only issue we had was the breakfast (too busy to enjoy)!

Good location with underground parking. Friendly and helpful staffs. The Chinese restaurant serves tasteful dim sum with big variety.

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. This is the best hotel we tried in Zhuhai, no matter location, cleaniness, staff friendliness, room decorations, and faculties, which are all excellent! We will definitely come back many other times in the short future.

Super hotel ever !! location very good, convenience for shopping and near to border to across to Macau ! we are only one day in Zhuhai as though that Zhuhai have nothing much to do. But we are wrong !! definitely will be back and stay here again ! Room supper clean, staff all are friendly. They have good service mind and help us on guided where to go, really appreciated ! Room very big and comfortable. my friend was run to shopping her luggage and back late then we requested to check out late ... so hotel allowed us to check out 2.oo pm !! Appreciated and thank you so much !! We will be back for sure !

Check in & Check out was a breeze.
Great location if you wish to walk along the seaside. There’s a 7/11 store next building!
Love the bath tub by the window. They also provide a disposable plastic cover for the tub! Rare find.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in Zhuhai or even Shenzen. We were surprised and were feeling so happy when William, the receptionist offered us an upgrade of one of our rooms to a sea view room. The view is wonderful and the view of the bridge at night with colorful lighting is amazing. The buffet at the hotel is worth trying. Believe it or not, the price is just a quarter of that in Hong Kong. The food is of very high standard. The room is big with twin basins. The bath tub faces the sea view. We will certainly come again

All is good except swimming cap requirement to get in swimming pool. No other intercontinental hotel has such requirement. Feedback from hotel staff is that the pool management is being outsourced. This has nothing to do with hotel guest. Very disappointing experience as IHG member

Good Things:
- room is large with good view
- infinity pool with a good seaview, yet the sea is sooooo dirty
- bfast options in main restaurant
- club lounge with good view
Bad Things:
- wifi speed very slow
- time for waiting lift is toooooo long
- service in club lounge is bad. Example: the associate even don't understand what "menu" is
- food option during afternoon tea time is very minimal
