We planned to celebrate our anniversary and contacted the hotel via WeChat set up some anniversary decorations, the staff in WeChat responded very slow , we had been waiting for day to get a response, they asked for booking info, contact name and phone no. But when we checked in at 3 pm, front desk said they didn’t prepare anything and it’s too late to do so and what they can do is just to deliver a fruit platter in room. Sigh. But anyway it didn’t come at the end. The worst service I experienced in 5 star hotel

The room's decor was absolutely stunning! The butler service was exceptional – they offered 24-hour drink delivery and bubble bath service, proactively turned down the bed, and were incredibly responsive to any request. It's absolutely perfect for a getaway! I'd definitely stay here again. My only minor complaint was check-in; we might have arrived on a weekend, as there were too many people, and we had to wait in a long queue for quite some time. The breakfast area was also a bit small and got very crowded, with a lot of guests. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic!

Honestly, I'm completely speechless and utterly frustrated. When I pulled back the duvet to get into bed, I immediately found it was stained. It was already the middle of the night, and I simply didn't have the energy to switch rooms. So I called the butler to replace the duvet. To my dismay, when they brought the new duvet, I discovered the sheets underneath were also dirty! This meant the entire bed linen in my room hadn't been changed. St Regis Zhuhai is always pleasant, but F&B never outstanding .
Restaurants close early and we are disappointed to know that the Italian restaurant is not open on Monday and also Tuesday Lunch .
Spa is very good and our therapists are very professional.
We are most grateful to Mia Lu who stationed at the entrance and she took her time to understand what we wanted to see and recommended Bei Shan arts and culture area 北山文化區- There are many small shops and heritage buildings. The tea shop was surprising good . We’ve around the world on tea tasting, but the young lady owner took her time to design the shop, curate the tea and prepare the modernise version is a winner !!
Not a normal Chinese tea experience .. a must do !

The sea view suite offered an unparalleled view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Macau Tower and the bridge. The night view was absolutely breathtaking.
The bathtub in the bathroom was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening; soaking in it while enjoying the night view was a truly luxurious treat.
The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive, offering both Western and Chinese dishes that were exquisitely prepared and delicious, alongside a variety of juices and dairy products. A major highlight was the hotel's complimentary 24-hour milk service, which was incredibly thoughtful for guests on a weight-loss journey or families with young children.
I have to rave about the two swimming pools! The indoor heated pool was kept at a wonderfully comfortable temperature, the water was clean and crystal clear, and the views were equally stunning. It also came equipped with lockers and a jacuzzi. The outdoor pool on the 71st floor was an even greater surprise! The open-air views were simply unparalleled, and every picture taken there turned out beautifully.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. All the services were exceptionally professional. The only minor drawback was the check-in time; we queued for about 20 minutes, likely due to the summer crowds. However, despite this, the various services were excellent. Even though I'm not a Marriott member, they kindly extended my check-out time until 1 PM. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!
