2025年10月1日到10月5日入住4507海景房。房間很好，很寬敞舒適，床單浴巾都很乾凈。服務員態度很好，見面不管認不認識都問好，早上好，下午好，晚上好。打電話加床，十分鐘不到就上來加床。小孩大於12歲還免費送了兩個早餐。傍晚還主動上門問是否要礦泉水或者房間服務。海景房面對大海景觀一流，碰上國慶澳門煙花匯演，躺床上也能看到煙花。衞生間坐馬桶上也能看到澳門塔和海景。總之，不管是硬件設施還是軟件服務，還有景觀，都可以堪稱一流，下次有機會還要入住。

This is the first time I stayed at St Regis Zhuhai and I have to say the great hospitality that I received is beyond expectation. The professional and very caring services provided by Jim and Vito at LaBrezza restaurant and the St Regis Bar has made our dining experience truly remarkable. Food quality and wine pairing was excellent and the attentive service from the team, especially Jim and Vito, made my stay at St Regis a very satisfied and pleasant one. I’ll definitely be a returning customer of St Regis Zhuhai with this excellent experience of this stay.

瑞吉現在真的很難評，有設施老舊的，有服務差的，有亂營銷的，但是這家至少這次的體驗是境內最差服務了，住了好幾間瑞吉了，這是第一家沒有管家帶去房間的，我打電話管家才加微信，check-in把房卡給我一比劃説了去那邊，我以為是要我跟着剛過去的管家，結果我在那邊傻等了幾分鐘，我理解比賽加開會很忙，但是你的房價這幾天也是高峯啊，因為結婚登記那天住的瑞吉，每年這天都選的不同地方的瑞吉，我理解佈置至少稍微搞點花吧，成都瑞吉的升房，玩偶綉名字沒法學，浴巾擺擺花樣不能學嘛?長沙送茶顏悦色，送帶名字的紀念房卡不能學麼?OK這是份外的沒所謂了，兩個陶瓷的紙巾盒子一個香皂盤子都是破的，我不知道廣東怎麼説，在北方這算罵人了，放備品的盒子上面都是膠水印子，最離譜的是41層在接旅行團團餐!兩次都等了三四次電梯才上去，每次都是導遊帶着小旗子在一層大堂喊大姐跟緊，我之所以在等電梯的原因是管家不協助幫忙把快遞送去一層，我自己連滾帶爬的去了一層，附近在在開會打不到車，頂層餐廳在婚宴，41層在接團餐所以衹能叫外賣，外賣必須去酒店外的外賣櫃子取。不懂高貴的什麼，不然送去42層前台，不然就員工送上來，住你的酒店還在這馴化我?圖5到7是長沙瑞吉，圖8到十是成都瑞吉，對了，我住過的這七八個瑞吉里麪珠海瑞吉的交通最不方便，十字門在橫琴和老城區中間，然後來這邊非常的堵那個紅綠燈要等至少三個，直接澳門瑞吉，至少服務好很多。

入住63層 房間寬敞 硬件絕對五星 雖然所謂的大床衹是queen的 但床墊質量 包括床上用品絕對達標 69層的泳池是近年來（新冠之後）用過的最好的 水温絕對29度之上 適合帶娃 酒店職員們絕對認真努力 但效果尚未達到真五星 早餐自助部分説實話與瑞吉標準差很多 但零點餐單的水平值得表揚 客房服務很努力 但感覺手生 不能算達標 總之硬件絕對的五星 細節特別是服務還有不少的可以改進得地方 性價比極高的酒店 強烈推薦

生日天全家入住瑞吉酒店，第二次生日選擇珠海瑞吉酒店，性價比高，酒店位置堪稱珠海一絕，今次入住58樓，十字門景觀，酒店提供泡泡浴，小朋友好開心。早上自然醒來，在海邊快走跑步，回程騎單車，然後吃早餐，假期過得健康愉快。管家Shawn服務十分周到，呼叫馬上回應，五星級貼心服務。酒店早餐出品精緻美味，十分好評，餐廳服務員總是笑臉迎接，還詢問出品怎樣，哪裡需要改進？！再次入住珠海瑞吉酒店，給5星的好評點評。
