Hotel is located a central part of Zhuhai Heung Chau and
By walking to reach a boarder line of Macau.Hotel fare is only two hundred dollar which is reasonable one. cleanness of hotel room is very good snd no noise is listened upon a night time.

Well, they didn't speak English which is okay because I speak some Chinese but others may have issues with it.
The room was overall okay, they did warn me when I was checking in that under the hotel there's a KTV so it can be a little noisy until 2.00 am. But I think it was actually not that bad.
The problem was the service attitude that when I went down to ask for help because the wifi didn't work, I was told to go back to my room and they will come to solve it soon. Now that took 3 hours until I marched down and told the guy at the front desk how upset I am and I was told, again, to go back to my room and they would be coming shortly. I told him I'm not going anywhere in a quiet upset tone that convinced him to finally come and help.
Besides, when I couldn't tell something in Chinese they didn't even try helping to translate anything.
So overall, the room is good, the service attitude not that much.

The worst room ever booked on Ctrip. After traveling to Gongbei Port in Zhuhai, I was very tired. I booked a room from this hotel near the border gate. It is extremely expensive. An old small room costs 550. The bed smells bad **Smoke**, I called the waiter and said it was a new one. It took a long time to change the pillowcase. What kind of thing is this? A hotel that rips people off. I hope no one will stay there. My child is itchy when he sleeps. , scratch some bags in the morning
