Lavande Hotel (Zhuhai Gongbei Port Plaza Light Rail Terminal Store)

The experience was great. It's very close to Gongbei Port, a ten-minute walk away. We were given the last room this time, but it was very quiet and clean. The curtains and screens were automatic, and there was a switch at the head of the bed, which was quite interesting. We returned from Macau very late that night, so ordering takeout was also convenient.

My first stay at the Le Fen in Nanjing was quite positive. The room was bright and spacious, spotlessly clean, and I could relax in the shower while listening to music. I chose the Le Fen again for my visit to Zhuhai, but was sorely disappointed. It made me realize the poor quality control and inconsistent quality of Le Fen hotels. 1. On my first night, I showered and found not a drop of shower gel, so I had to use shampoo. I don't know how the housekeeping staff do such a meticulous job. 2. I wanted to extend my stay, but I got home late and didn't want to be disturbed the next day. Upon arrival, I contacted the front desk, who said they offered a one-click extension through the platform. Less than half an hour later, I contacted them online, but because there weren't enough rooms, the platform couldn't extend my stay directly, so I asked for help with offline processing. My message went unanswered for an hour. They said they offered 24-hour assistance?! While doing laundry, I saw the front desk staff looking down at their phone. 3. The hotel claims to have just been renovated this year, but I didn't realize how new it was. The mirror is rusting, the wall paint is peeling, and the ashtray on the table is sticky. 4. The king-size bed rooms are the most expensive of the three price ranges and are also the best. The others either have no windows or have sloping roofs. 😅 5. The curtains don't block out much light, and the air conditioner is noisy. Even at 27 degrees with a slight breeze, it's still strangely cold. Sleep quality is poor, so be careful. The laundry room on the first floor is also average. The outdoor corridor doesn't have air conditioning. 6. It's quite a distance from Zhuhai Station, requiring you to cross a street. The sidewalks in this area are in poor condition, making it inconvenient to carry your suitcases. 7. Some people have commented that the TV isn't working, and that's true. Live TV sometimes has an unstable network and freezes. Restarting the system requires pressing the remote control several times before it connects successfully. 8. My biggest complaint is that professional training is needed from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff. The cleaning staff was in a hurry to get off work, quickly putting away disposable items and leaving without cleaning the floor drain, resulting in some water accumulation during my second shower. They also cleaned the toilet but didn't refill the empty roll. Every time I passed by the front desk, I saw the staff idly playing with their phones. I don't know if you have provided professional training to your employees? The quality is so low, and you still have the nerve to ask for good reviews. Don't be so humorous, bro. 😅 Don't bother me to change my review. I won't come again.

I took my kids to eat and play in Macau one day and didn't leave the border until 11 o'clock in the evening. I booked the Gongbei Port Store at the border, but I found out that I made a mistake when I walked to the Light Rail Terminal Store. I was too tired, so I explained the situation to the lady at the Port Store and returned the room at the Port Store. The refund was very timely. Thank you! The brother at the Light Rail Terminal Store was also very good. He helped upgrade the room with windows. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a good rest. It's not far from the border. I will choose this Lavande next time!
