The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. If you arrive early, you can check in early if there is a room. And if you see someone with children, they will arrange a room on the sixth floor for easy access to the small garden. The details are in place and worth a thumbs up. However, the air conditioner in the room makes a dripping sound when sleeping at night, which makes it difficult to sleep all night. It needs to be improved.

First of all, we checked in at 11:00 pm, two adults and one child, and there was no check-in service at all. They just collected the ID and gave the room card. The hotel has children's toothbrushes. I called to ask after arriving at the room, and then the robot was sent to the room. Secondly, we lived in a twin room, which was narrow and small. The distance between the two beds was no more than 20 cm. There was only one bedside table, and our other bed did not have a bedside table, which resulted in no place to put the mobile phone and glasses at night, so we could only put them on the bedside, which crushed a glasses frame; the bed sheets were not of the right size and were not wide enough. After sitting on the bed, the bed sheets all fell apart, and the pillowcase was a yellow stain; the bathroom was hygienic, the seams were moldy, the bathroom frame tiles were very dirty, the overhead shower head was dirty and dripping, and when taking a shower, the shower head was turned on, and the overhead shower head was dripping. It is gratifying that the service of the young lady at check-out was in place and very friendly. She would remind the license plate to scan the code and indicate the location of the nearby breakfast restaurant; for chain hotels, the work of the front desk to check in was far from in place, and the service awareness was very lacking.

The sea view room is great. Macau is within easy reach and can be seen clearly. It is also very quiet to sleep here. It takes only five minutes to drive to the seafood street to eat seafood. There are also many places to eat breakfast nearby. There is a good shop called Jinjin. The seafood is fresh. It was a very happy journey.

It is a relatively close hotel to Wan Chai Port. The closest one is Atour. Whichever one offers the best discounts is the best. They are all similar. Some rooms have views of the sea and Macau, but the twin rooms don't have them. I don't know. There is a rooftop where you can clearly see the fireworks from Macau... It's still good. The tea restaurant downstairs is good.

This trip was from Zhuhai to Macau, and then back from Macau. The hotels along the way were all great. This Lavande was the first stop. The location was very good. The hotel looked across to Macau. I arrived at 9:30, and the front desk lady (Xiao Ling) upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The scenery across the way was really nice when I got up in the morning, but I had to take a bus to Hong Kong the next day, so I left as soon as I got up early and didn't have time to visit Zhuhai properly.
