乘坐船衹抵達橫琴，隨即有便捷的接駁大巴送至酒店，整個過程非常順暢。中午到達酒店，寄存行李和租嬰兒車很便捷。一踏入酒店，便立刻被充滿企鵝元素的裝飾所吸引，從建築風格到客房佈置的每個細節都透露着精心設計，尤其值得一提的是煙花景觀房，讓人得以在私密空間內盡享絢爛煙花表演。
酒店設施完備，特別配備了小童洗浴用品及坐便器，且嬰兒床的請求迅速得到滿足。衞生狀況保持得極為乾淨整潔，整體環境洋溢着温馨與童趣。服務人員態度熱情，總是主動問候，令人倍感親切。

前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住高效迅速，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和活動，服務細緻周到。還有管家貼心服務，網上隨時可以問詢，幫助了很多，這次入住，都恰到好處。客房寬敞舒適，落地窗正對海洋王國景或山景或是度假區的景觀，視野極佳。房間設施齊全，床品柔軟，浴室乾濕分離，配有高端洗浴用品，細節處處體現品質。在酒店的帝企鵝自助餐廳用餐，還可以一邊吃飯一邊觀賞企鵝，超讚的用餐體驗。餐飲方面，酒店的自助早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，海鮮、點心、現煮麪檔一應俱全。房間可以掃碼叫餐，客房送物比較及時。房間wifi流暢，設施完善，準備專用的洗漱用品，拖鞋很舒服。在煙花臺中餐廳用餐還可以觀賞煙花，看夜景簡直太棒了，推薦大家來入住企鵝酒店！

到處都是企鵝元素，就是很討小朋友喜歡。步行就到海洋王國，比較方便。企鵝自助餐廳裏就有企鵝，這是特色。自助餐食物種類也很豐富，就餐高峯期人非常多。海洋王國還是很不錯的，海豚劇場演出是三個劇場中最好看的。煙花秀也不可錯過。不好的地方是吃的東西都賣的太貴，舉個例子，超市一瓶6塊錢的酸奶在這裏賣20。

這次寶寶過歲酒店還幫忙進行了客房佈置，非常的nice，也有準備生日禮物，生日蛋糕!!酒店客房服務的工作人員態度也非常的友好，基本上有什麼需求馬上就會幫我們解決，酒店周圍酒店離海洋王國特別近，基本五分鐘路程，不到就已經能進入到園區了，然後設施也非常的完善!下次有機會還會來入住這個酒店!!非常推薦

房間很漂亮，小朋友不願意離開，酒店服務也很專業，如果不是週六，體驗感要好很多。但是，遇到了週六，人非常多，就連自助餐都要排隊，進去取餐也要排隊，大家都在吃飯的點搶餐和搶座位。。所以，是我自己沒有規劃好，想來玩的小夥伴，做好攻略，避開人多的日子，週日人就少很多了。總之，如果要選酒店，我大概率還是會選企鵝酒店加門票套餐，性價比還是可以的。對了，帶小朋友趕不上看煙花的，可以在酒店花園看到，有噴泉，有煙花，還是有氛圍感的。

第四次來珠海長隆，依舊選擇企鵝酒店，距離海洋王國最方便，可以在酒店觀看煙花無人機表演。酒店服務也非常贊，一入住就各種小禮品，孩子們都好開心。下次去打卡飛船樂園。
