Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it.
Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

My recent stay at Sumlodol Camping Resort was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning beauty of the resort, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking landscapes. The serene atmosphere truly made it a perfect getaway.
The staff at Sumlodol are incredibly nice and cordial, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout goes to Blaire, the Customer Relationship Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From our arrival to checkout, she catered to all our requests with the utmost care and attention. Blaire’s dedication and warmth made our experience even more special.
