This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old and worn down. Definitely not prepared for international visitors. Most of the staff does not speak English.

This was more than we expected, the actual hotel, hit springs, sea views and resort were perfect. The location was a little hard to find beciase of the work been done around the complex. During our stay it was difficult to find many places open for food as we didn't want to eat in the hotel.

The service quality of the hotel staff is very good! After meeting many of us, they not only helped upgrade the suite, but also gave us fruit snacks and exquisite gifts. There is free tea supply in every area of ​​the hot spring, which is very convenient! I want to play again next time!
