整體不錯，樓下的便利店開到凌晨1點，但是地圖上位置顯示有誤，周圍很多公寓，這一家公寓名字請看圖片。

環境非常差，隔音超級無敵差，從來沒有隔音這麼這麼差的地方，這是我在外面住酒店也好民宿也好第一次遇到在隔音最差的地方，簡直是21世紀都這麼難遇到隔音這麼差的地方。走廊走路的聲音，樓上上廁所的沖水聲音，大家千萬要謹慎考慮，而且幾乎整完沒睡着，而且服務態度很差，有事情不解決，商量也不接受。我們是到附近考試的才來的，希望以後的小學妹小學弟，能有個更好的環境。也可以看看評論區，大家都説什麼叔叔阿姨好，為什麼沒人説環境好的，因為對於環境已經一言難盡，才説人的了。並且評論區一點都不真實，像是水軍，隨手點評，沒有附上真實的酒店圖片。

床是挺大的，也舒服，但是不理解為什麼要弄個小複式，我上個床還要爬個小樓梯，空調就在頭頂，哪怕有擋風板也透心涼。開關燈也是要下樓梯才能控制，太不方便了。
躺在床上的時候聞到了一股酸味，應該是廁所反酸的味道，真的臭。可能是因為空調管道連接着廁所？
插座設計的十分不合理，衹有一個在電視機下面的插座可以用，床邊沒有插座！除非你把空調插頭拔了。
APP上顯示下午一點退房，但是老闆十二點就要求退房了，卡也被消磁，那APP上就別寫13點退房誤導人，吃飯吃到一半跑回去辦理退房🙈

第一次入住，感覺很不一般。環境非常好，房間裏面很乾凈，開門進入就🈶 一種心情舒暢，特別是在學校🏫 對面，🈶 商業街，還有好多各式各樣吃的店。🈶 吉珠歸屬公寓老闆及老闆娘，服務態度特別好，🈶 賓至如歸的感覺，值得強烈推薦，下次出差來珠海繼續入住。

感覺這男的老闆*****的，樓下有個籃球場一直有人打球，洗手間門口插座松的插不上風筒，房間的燈光偏暗而且是一遍亮一遍暗。
