臨時決定在珠海住一晚再去澳門，想逛下情侶街，就定了附近的一個旅館，床挺大，其他挺簡陋，空調不好用，畢竟就是一個旅館，平時也就一百塊的房，這是過年，賣到好三百

距離景點近，遊玩方便，被子有很大一塊臟的地方，窗簾上有爬蟲，拍死後出去玩完回來床上又冒出一條，放電視機的桌子上時常會有螞蟻出沒，衞生間的門關不了也關不到位，洗澡的時候水會到外面，房間很小，行李不能隨意展開，樓下吃的很少，

衹能説一分錢一分貨，住這種旅館，能有個地方睡覺就行了，其他的別要求太多了。首先辦理入住的時候前台的態度特別不好，説話又沖，怎麼不能好好説話嗎？還在那指指點點的。房間很悶，不通風，房間的環境，設施什麼的就沒什麼好説的了，就當有個床睡覺就行。後來我們辦理退房走了之後，我朋友落了東西在那，打電話給他們，一直在敷衍，説打掃的阿姨下班了，明天問問阿姨再打電話，到第二天我們又打了一次電話，問了阿姨，結果直接把我朋友的遺留物給扔了，雖然不是什麼貴重的又新的東西，但好歹打個電話給我們問問要不要吧，這就算了，我們在跟她説的時候，結果還推卸責任，説怪我朋友走的時候自己沒有收拾好東西，阿姨看東西太爛了，直接給扔了，當天就扔到垃圾站了，問她怎麼辦，結果直接跟我朋友説讓她自己去垃圾站找，我真的服氣，不管什麼星級的酒店或者旅館，客人落下遺留物，不該過問一下嘛，不過問就擅自扔了就算了，最噁心人的還推卸責任，你要是好生好氣的解釋一下，也沒什麼吧，主要是你的態度，怎麼了嗎，我們住了一下，欠你的了嗎，從辦理入職就那種態度，一次就算了，幾次溝通都是如此，你既然開了旅館，就是個幹服務行業啊，難道這種最基本的禮貌都沒有嗎？總之，這個地方旅館那麼多，避雷這家，沒必要花錢受氣。
