Complaint ①: No sense of fulfillment
①. My friend is considered an industry Internet celebrity and was invited to experience the hotel during its trial operation. He said that the hotel emphasized at the time that if there were vacancies on that day, they could upgrade to a room for free. Because the hotel's opening package only has "sea view room" (facing only sunrise), and I want my wife to enjoy the sunset (after all, she is 50 years old), so after booking, I sent an email to the hotel (the hotel contact email published by Ctrip) and requested to upgrade to a superior sea view room with sunset view if there is room available. What's even more strange is that from a structural point of view, this glass window is located inside the building and will not be directly exposed to rain. It is also easy to clean from the balcony, but there is no sign of cleaning at all. Therefore, you can go to the balcony to see the sea and go to the lobby to see the sea, but forget it in the room.
②. The bedroom, living room and bathroom are separated by sliding doors, but there are large gaps in the upper and lower parts and in the middle of the sliding doors, so light can easily pass through, affecting the quality of sleep.
③. The light in the bathroom is controlled at the door, but the air conditioner exhaust fan is actually controlled together with the bedroom: because of my wife's health, we don't turn on the air conditioner at night, but this also causes the exhaust fan in the bathroom to stop working and cannot dissipate the smell.
④. There is no laundry bag in the room. After calling to ask for it, the staff said that the laundry bag was used up (is this a new opening?? !!), and finally asked them to find 2 small handbags to solve it.
⑤. I originally planned to bring a suit to wear for my wife's birthday dinner. In order to remove wrinkles, I called the front desk to ask if there was a hanging iron. As a result, I was told that only old-fashioned electric irons or the hotel laundry place could be used for a fee.
⑥. It's hard to say about the quality of shampoo and shower gel, but the most eye-catching thing is the toothbrush: it's a big wooden toothbrush body. When you put it in your mouth to brush your teeth, it feels like you're poking it with a tongue depressor!
⑦. The aromatherapy equipment in the night bed gift is placed in the living room, and the fragrance it emits will not exceed 2 square meters. Not to mention the bedroom, you can't smell it even in the living room a little further away. The form is far greater than the substance!

In the matter of laundry bags and shower caps, because they couldn't be waited for, I wanted to call to urge them, but I found that the landline in the room couldn't get through to any number at all, it was broken! The front desk staff said that the hotel system was broken, so I couldn't contact them, and they didn't notify my colleagues to send laundry bags and shower caps.

I have also worked in the hotel industry, and I have never seen such a problem in a hotel, especially a hotel of this level. I feel open-minded.
