位置好：就在揚名廣場對面
衛生：不太理想，住了3晚，第一天没有打掃，我們晚上回來通知前台才上來換毛巾，清理垃圾；第二天有換毛巾清垃圾，但沒有拖地，茶几枱面等沒有抹乾淨，那是已打掃了嗎？
每日早上9:00便聽到嘈吵聲，裝修鑽牆、房間外有人在門外談話都清晰聽到，應該完全没能隔音吧😑😑😑

這次入住體驗非常愉快，酒店的整體環境和服務都超出了我的預期！首先，酒店的地理位置非常便利，周邊交通便捷，距離主要景點和商業區都很近，出行非常方便。一進入房間，就被酒店的設計和整潔的氛圍所吸引，前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續非常迅速。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。衞生方面也是不錯的，房間整體看起來不錯，備品齊全且品質不錯。
很細緻的服務，進來酒店房間無異味，這個讓我覺得非常好，希望雲澗酒店能夠越辦越好！
總之，這次入住讓我感到非常滿意，無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都堪稱一流。強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

二次入住，一如既往，乾淨又衞生，服務，停車各方面都哇塞，真是一次好的入住，無數次的下一次被褥床單非常乾淨，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃得也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常乾淨沒有灰塵
老闆 非常熱情，他們會及時熱情地為你解答各種問題，有需要還會告訴你旅遊指南 哪裡有免税店 哪裡有夜市等等

房間非常滿意，因為老闆生意做得靈活，看到我們訂的雙人房有窗的已經住滿了，馬上給我們升級了行政套間。前台小姐姐也很給力。房間非常好，也很新，看圖3的毛巾細節可以得知品質非常好。超喜歡房間的馬桶，是自動升温的還是自動沖水的。房間非常大，設施也非常齊全。可惜第三天晚上沒有訂上，不然一定是首選。房間很隔音。酒店吃住行都極其方便。酒店去日月貝有條小巷子直達，簡直太近了。

房間內沒有異味,前台態度非常好，設施都很完善，還非常貼心的準備了棉簽、刮鬍刀、洗臉巾，出行也很方便，離日月貝很近。性價比太高啦，真的很推薦哦

以前一直喜歡他們那裡，因為新開張，環境也不錯，但是久了發現細節做得很不好，比如住兩天第二天我一般不需要再搞衞生，但是也沒有温馨提示我們需不需要洗漱用品跟水，服務更談不上了，之前喜歡去真的因為離揚名很近，又是新店，這個價格不如去漢庭跟錦江之星呢

服務：老闆人超好，我定的其中一間房洗漱池沒熱水，跟老闆説，老闆立馬就解決了，我們到的晚，老闆把自己停車位讓給我們，就停在店門口，上下行李特別方便
