The receptionist kept me waiting for at least 30 minutes and didn't inform me that my room was ready; I had to drag my suitcase across the lobby several times to check if the room was ready.
The hotel price is twice of Intercontinental, and the service is far from being satisfactory. A super loud music was played in the lobby for CNY which is understandable, but the Lion Dance (along with the super loud drum) started at 8 am which is unnecessary. The rooftop bar and the floor below were closed.
I will definitely not come back.

Had a great time in Wanghailou for a short staycation. The iconic landmark in the centre of Zhuhai was refurbished and modernised, and now they have all the fancy facilities in place.
Shout out to Leo, Vicky and the rest of the team at the hotel. Everyone was professional and friendly. I had much help from them.
Would definitely recommend to friends.
