I have been staying here for 12 days and today I discovered cockroaches in my room. I discovered it when I was going to the toilet, and I didn't dare to move. I went to the front desk to explain the problem, but all I got was a casual "Which room is yours? I'll ask the cleaning lady to clean it for you." That's the attitude. They said they had just carried out disinfection yesterday so we saw cockroaches. Then I would like to ask what happened before you carried out disinfection? Are all the dark corners in my room filled with cockroaches? Is disinfection an excuse? Isn’t disinfection what you, Atour, should do? How come I didn't see any cockroaches when I stayed in other Atour hotels, but yours has cockroaches, and they're still alive and crawling around🤮🤮🤮
