There is no river view for this property despite information provided by trip.com which forms a part of decision to stay there.
The hotel is not ready for business. Gas pipe is not installed so there was no restaurant working in hotel. The breakfast paid for was delivered to the room since there was no eating place within restaurant. Breakfast is cold.
The security lock on the door did not seem to have installed -no lock mechanism inside the knob. Dust is around window.
Staff works hard in helping. Only thing I found satisfactory. There was only that much they could do.

I upgraded to a 1 bedroom 1 living room, a superior apartment, but I still prefer a double hotel room.
Facing Beishan and Huafa Commercial City, the view is wide and the night view is beautiful
But if you like a little quiet, it is recommended not to choose this side
Beishan is quite lively, so the noise will not stop until around 10pm.
There is still some car noise even with the windows closed
The location is unbeatable, surrounded by shopping malls, scenic spots, old districts, a large number of restaurants and shops
The room is new and clean. There is no refrigerator, but other supplies are sufficient.
The service staff are all young and polite.
Free parking.

We booked 3 rooms and applied for room upgrade, but only one room was successfully upgraded. The room was not cleaned when we checked in, which shows that the internal communication of the hotel can be improved. Since there were 2 rooms that could not be upgraded, after communicating with the hotel, they very kindly suggested providing a twin room (the room would be slightly larger), but the elders in the family still liked the big bed so we didn't change it. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a little inadequate, but the hotel's location, bed comfort, cleanliness and brightness were all highly praised. Thanks to the hotel front desk for their immediate assistance and reasonable solutions. I will consider it again next time I go to Zhuhai if the price is right.
