I have never seen such a bad Wyndham hotel before. It is worse than the regular Lavande All Seasons hotel. The poor sound insulation kept me awake all night. I would have booked two rooms. First of all, when I entered the hotel parking lot, I couldn't see any signs to enter the hotel lobby. I searched for more than 10 minutes and couldn't find the entrance to the lobby. I called the lobby and asked. I was still on the phone. Then I drove out and asked on the first floor to find out where it was. The lobby on the first floor. There are five elevators, only two of which are hotel elevators. The rest are not hotel elevators. There are no obvious signs. Secondly, when I checked in, I booked two rooms and they were not assigned to the same floor. When I asked the front desk, they said there were no rooms on the same floor. How could this be possible? I understand, but when I went up, I saw that the door of the room next door was open and no one was checking in. There was an occasional thumping sound upstairs at around 1 o'clock in the evening, which kept me awake all night. I called the front desk to complain. The front desk said they would go up and take a look, but there was no reply. At 7 o'clock in the morning, I could hear the door opening in the next room. The sound insulation was very poor. The breakfast variety is pitiful, there are very few restaurants, and the location is remote. It is simply a fake Wyndham and not as good as other hotel chains.

酒店裝修新穎,房間光線足夠,服務人員服務親切,隔音不錯。房間衛生大致良好,浴室內沒有明顯污漬,電視下面也沒有塵埃,值得一讚的是酒店使用獨立包裝的洗護用品,唯獨在餐桌下有上位客人留下的瓜子殼,需要加多留意。

房間安靜，早餐豐富，品種齊全，口味清淡適合出遊需求，住的舒服，前台星星服務也好，主要停車方便，周邊環境很好，唐家灣輕軌站就在隔壁，房間乾淨温馨，酒店服務貼心、誠心、細心，非常棒!
