The only drawback is that the rooms do not have separate shower facilities, and they have to return to the female guests' public bathroom to freshen up. The female guest public bathroom features more than 30 open unobstructed shower seats, a wet steam sauna, and 2 water temperature bubble pools. There is also a self-selected surcharge-assisted bath (scrub bath). There is no staff to strictly enforce, requiring the newly arrived female guests to go to the bath first, before giving them sweat steaming suits to change. In addition, female guests must ** enter the bubble bath, ** contact the bubble pool stone bench, extremely unhygienic and easy to cause cross infection, please hotel must strictly require female guests to bathe and wear brand new disposable cotton underwear, to enjoy the bubble pool and wet steam sauna. Also during my visit, the staff allowed a mother to bring a 5-6 year old boy together into the female guest shower area and into the bubble pool, which made me very uneasy and left immediately. In addition, abuse of fees and duplicate charging of my own bath vouchers and overnight fees. Before checking into the hotel room, I have stated to the staff that I have purchased a hotel room for 1 night on Traveling Online (the package includes a bath ticket for 2 adults, and overnight is waived). I made a temporary decision on day 2 to purchase a hotel room for another day. However, they were told that they would need to pay the room rate of $299, an additional 2 adult bath vouchers and a separate overnight fee. I said it was ok. When I went to check out on the 3rd day, I found that the staff repeatedly overcharged us for 1 night room + 2 adult bath vouchers + overnight fee. That is, I paid a total of 3 nights of hotel room + 3 double bath vouchers + 3 double overnight fees before and after. After some discussion, the hotel admitted that they had made a mistake with our consumption and bill, and automatically reduced it. I had already paid for the first night's hotel room rate, double bath voucher and double overnight fee on Ctrip.com, which means they charged me an additional amount of nearly 600 yuan.
