I would most definitely stay at TongHua Tea Hotel again. The check in and out was efficient, and the staff were competent and friendly.

體驗感真的差的不行
1. 衞生問題入住後第一時間就在茶几發現了上一個客人留下的假睫毛和雙眼皮貼，非常噁心。最基礎的表面清潔都沒做到位，讓人對毛巾、床單的衞生狀況也產生極大的懷疑和不安。
2.這還不是最糟糕的。從半夜到清晨，房間內持續聽到一種尖鋭的、類似挪動傢俱或重物的摩擦聲，聲音非常清晰且刺耳，完全無法忽視。嘗試入睡多次被吵醒，導致整晚睡眠支離破碎，第二天精神萎靡，嚴重影響行程安排和心情。
本次入住體驗極差，衞生和安靜這兩個作為酒店最基本的要求都完全達不到。不會再次入住，其他對衞生和睡眠環境有要求的 真的要謹慎選擇這家酒店。

我房間忘了拍照了，酒店感覺設備比較老舊吧，空調半夜不製冷，熱得睡不着，第二天換了個房間，但是房間裏出現了一衹蟑螂，總的來説體驗感不太好，不過前台小姐姐服務態度還是很好的

我租了七間房, 但沒有一間絕對滿意, 有啲電視不靈, 有些冇熱水，水壓差, 有房間冷氣弱，有些衛生程度差, 有些冇小度，牙刷又不夠。問前台又幫不上。總之冇一間房是滿意。劣評！

人員服務倒是蠻熱情的，一樓的茶博物館也很有特色，但咱有啥説啥，酒店設施比較差，這邊建議有時間的話，把這些地方都修一修，畢竟酒店是住人的地方，其他的特色也衹是錦上添花。
1. 房間沒有熱風，天冷的時候住進去開熱風根本沒用，而且空調會半夜猛的自己開啟呼呼的吹冷風，聲音還很大；
2. 木質地板居然都被水漚爛了……我們還奇怪，怎麼走着走着腳濕的，一看是地板在往外滲水，就跟街上下過雨的地磚一樣，一踩水就往兩邊濺出來；
3. 裝修上很多地方，感覺沒有處理乾淨，很多窗户的框架還保留着當時刷灰留下的痕跡；
4. 洗澡時候發現水基本是温的，天冷的話，洗澡比較折磨

簡直好離譜！在睡覺的時候，打掃衞生的啊姨拿卡開門了，明明都還沒到退房時間，都還在睡覺，還要突然間來開門打掃衞生，也不會去確定有沒有退房，客人都還在，這是侵犯客人的私隱，第1次住就分個爛房間，還是漏水的，以為第2次會好，又出現這種低級問題，簡直太差了！！！
