Not bad. Maybe value for money. 15 mins walk from subway station. Building is superficially pretty old but rooms were newly renovated. When it comes to breakfast, meun is very narrow but it was enough for one time breakfast. In conclusion, it was good enough for the money I paid.

The room is spacious, modern, and very clean. It comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities. We booked a room for four people, and it included a washing machine and a kitchen, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent, close to the border and the train station, making it perfect for those planning to travel to Macau, Zhuhai, or even take a day trip to Guangzhou.

It is a newly built building so everything is new and fresh. Some of the floors and elevators are even still under renovation.
Cleanliness is quite good. Found dust on the floor near the bed but it was cleaned the next day after sending a photo to the admin.
The location is good. There is a bus stop at the left of the opposite road when coming out of the apartment.
MCD, Starbucks, snack shop (hao xiang lai), food truck and few restaurants are just at the next building.
Qian San river is just a road and a building away. Good view from the building.
Amenities are excellent. Provided body shampoo, shampoo, hand wash, disposable face towel, disposable cover for toilet bowl, washing machine, washing beads, fridge, projector, hair dryer, aor conditioner with heater, mini kitchen and so on.
The only comment is that the dryer is not available so the clothes are still not fully dry off after hanging for a day.
Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Excellent room and amenities. Staff were excellent . Position was easy route to Macau and Hong kong. Wonderful street food close by the apartment. Area very close to river and all the things that brought . Dancing ,singing and general family activities.

The location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants all downstairs. It's very economical and has great views. It's 1.2 km from the Xiawan Night Market, making it easy to get a taxi or ride. It's perfect for night jogging and fishing, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was a great experience and I'd definitely come back.

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes filled the room all night, making it very uncomfortable. Although it's called Gongbei Port, it's actually quite far away. It's closer to Xiawan. The elevator always takes a long time because we're on the middle floor.

Very satisfied, comfortable and clean. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the high floor and the water flow was a little slow. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. It's not far from the high-speed rail station and the facilities downstairs are complete, including a convenience store, McDonald's, KFC, and Luckin Coffee! I will stay here again next time!
