booked two rooms for one night and receptionist help us to upgrade both our rooms with window, only cons is that we need to carry our luggage up one floor cause the lift stops at floor 3 only but overall we had a good stay!

Had a 2-night stay in a room without window so air seemed a bit stuffy, but it didn’t smell bad and the aircon is good to use. Bathroom is pretty clean, although the all-black toilet probably disguises any staining. One of the bed sheets had a bit of staining. Sink basin is very shallow. Shower was not hot enough but water pressure was good. There were shower slippers provided.
There’s no “Do Not Disturb” sign to use, but I was out all day so didn’t have issues. Unfortunately you can hear people in the hallway easily because the door sound insulation isn’t great.
Check-in, check-out was easy and quick. I asked front desk for toilet paper and got it quickly, so service was fine.
Location is really good.
Overall, decent option on a budget.

Personal experience is for reference only. 1. The bathroom leaked and was not dried the next day. 2. The quilt was confiscated and the floor towel was not changed during the two days of stay. 3. The curtain remote control has yellow spots with dried unknown liquid. 4. The black toilet seems to be for me. Found a grave

The soundproofing of the room was extremely poor. I booked two rooms that were so noisy that I didn't sleep much for two nights, so I quickly changed hotels. Although I upgraded to a room type for free, the drain in the shower room of the upgraded house was blocked, and there was still a peculiar smell in the house. They said that no one had repaired one room at night, the drain in the wash basin was blocked, and there was no clue where the water was leaking in the house.
