This hotel is ideally located for easy access to the city center and major attractions. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness, there were slightly unclean areas in the room. In addition, the storage water heater used when taking a shower did not provide enough hot water, which made me feel a little inconvenienced. Overall, I would give this hotel 8 out of 10 points, because although there are some shortcomings, the location is still one of its advantages.

When we arrived at the hotel that day, we were told that we had booked the same suite as someone else, but someone else had placed the order first, so we were upgraded to two rooms. We asked to see the rooms on site before making a decision. When I opened the room, it was a mess, slippers were flying everywhere, and there were leftover midnight snacks on the coffee table... The room was not cleaned in time after the previous guest left, both rooms were the same. It was already 2:40 pm when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel clearly stated that the check-in time is 2 pm. Logically speaking, the cleaning should be completed before waiting for the next guest to check in, that is, before 2 pm, instead of leaving us waiting for nearly 40 hours. I watched the cleaning for a few minutes and only started after urging it many times. Generally speaking, because it was not our favorite room type, it was a decent stay at most. The hotels near May Day were fully booked, so we chose this one. The WIFI signal on the entire floor needs to be improved, it is too stuck. The above is our May Day experience. 家庭房好大間，兩間房適合多人家庭，房內大部分有角位置都貼有防撞軟墊，不過廁所只得一間要輪流用... 地點真係幾方便，樓下就係創新方商場，所以食嘢完全冇問題，搭車過長隆玩都好方便。 不過因為可能商場新開，好多店舖都空咗，令到商場內有啲昏暗⋯⋯但係Pokiddo口袋屋蹦床公園就好好玩，小朋友大人都好鍾意👍🏻

酒店很新，員工很熱心。訂的是兩房一廳的套房，空間很大，彩光也很好。酒店隔音不錯，小孩在房間裡跑跑跳跳外面也不會覺得好嘈。唯一是地點真的有點偏，叫外賣有點遠。下面商場挺親子，不過沒有小朋友的不建議住這邊，因為真的啥都沒有🤣🤣

整體很好，夠大和乾淨，與網站的相片一樣 服務方面：Check In 時服務員通知客房因人為問題，未能提供，建議由6人套房轉換成2間客房，本人堅持不接受後，最後才能取到自己預訂的房，感覺管理很混亂。 另外 創新坊獅門娛樂天地，建議不要去，因遊戲設施不吸引 ，於人流不多的時候排隊時間亦很長，商場食店選擇不多 ，很多舖頭已結業，交通不方便。

超值！房間好大，好靚，。外景好美，而且經2樓去商場好方便。 樓下有華潤超市，買日用品也方便。 記得打車去酒店時，要講明係創新方西門，地下有7_11的。大厦門口寫“滙星文化工作室”。 下次會再入住。 我入住一晚就去了長隆，發現企鵝酒店又細，設施又舊，真的好大對比。其實下次，可以連續幾晚住桐悅，每日打車去長隆玩，更舒服更花算。

就在創新方19樓，或在人才公寓進入，位置方便，樓下商場有玩有食，有免費穿梭巴士到長隆，但要預先在微信訂票，服務員有禮貌樂意解答你的問題。唯一不滿意的，就是床上有些頭髮，這一點要注意

地理位置非常方便，雖然商場還有很多商店還沒開門，二樓能直接副商場食店，前台接待員非常非常非常有善，笑容滿面，雙床房床非常大，唯一美中不足是水壓不太夠，水超級熱。其他都非常好
