環境很好很安靜，還有一次性的浴巾提供，出門真的很安心，床單被套很乾凈，還有洗衣凝珠，洗衣服也很方便位置非常的好找，服務態度極佳，非常滿意，下次還來。

總體體驗非常糟糕！第一，衞生非常一般。床上有不少頭髮絲，各種玻璃上都是污漬，馬桶坐墊上也有不少污漬。第二，設施有很多問題，浴室的門是壞的，洗澡水忽大忽小，閣樓很低，大人會頂頭，走在樓梯上搖搖晃晃且聲音很大，閣樓玻璃扶手較低，有墜落風險，電視機也是壞的，電視機後面有一堆紙，非常糟糕。第三，無服務，除了基本交接，是沒有前台沒有後勤的，晚上缺啥少啥的找不到人，另外還要交200按金，退房的當天晚上才會退，這都什麼年代了，還交按金！總之，非常不推薦！非常不推薦！

室間很大，整體設施設備，而且後細心備有洗衣珠作洗衣使用；
但廁所有異味，雖已即時提供空氣清新劑，但使用後一會兒氣味仍存在；此外，浴室水壓後差，會突然無水，時冷時熱🤦🏻♀️

睡覺位置又熱又悶，隔音也差，客服回覆信息也慢。
而且對自駕的遊客特別不友好，辦理入住的遊客是有車場免費車位的服務的。那天7點多退房，免停車費需要客服權限，不然要自費，那時怎麼聯繫都聯繫不上，後面説不在他營業時間內他是不受理的，what？！那我們開車來不用車拿來擺嗎？我半夜來住，半夜開車出去吃宵夜呢？也是聯繫不了？
作為一個酒店服務並沒有人值班，萬一客人的確有事半夜來辦理呢，不在營業時間打電話發vx也不會理了？！
