Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

The unit is modern n clean. Accommodated 9 of us with children.

We stayed in a cozy, clean & tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment at 艺丰大厦, its convenient location near to Gongbei Port with lots of affordable food joints across the street. Home owner was also very responsive, honest & friendly. Hope more guests will get the chance to stay in this homely place & appreciate every efforts of the home owner to keep this place clean, tidy & comfortable.

Very clean, nice, tidy, and good AC place

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

There are many restaurants downstairs from the hotel. Even if you drive, you can park your car before going down to eat and drink. You don't have to worry about drinking. The room was clean and tidy, the place was spacious and had a lot to do. One night’s time is not enough to play. 🤩🤩

The two-story apartment is very spacious and has a great feel. It is very photogenic. It has complete home living facilities, complete home appliances, washing machines, induction cookers and even karaoke rooms. It looks very homely! There is a supermarket, Starbucks and McDonald's downstairs, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. It is very close to Gongbei and not far from tourist attractions. It is very convenient and highly recommended!
