This place is clean and new. The room is very big but there are no hangers for coat or clothes. Cleaning staff was good. The gym room was big and had want I want so it was ok.
I normally ask for late check out as the initial check out time was 12. All the hotels I stayed in all allowed an extra 1 hr for late check out. I asked upon check in if we can check out later and without checking they replied ‘no’. They says due to festival season cannot due to room full and i check in the website later and there was plenty of room left. I know this isn’t a must but at least pretend to check. This is the only disappointment for my stay.

We had a small issue initially; when inspecting the bed, it appeared to have blood and a few hairs. However, this was promptly sorted after we notified you.
Otherwise, the stay was okay. We had a few issues with a lack of information, for example, regarding the washing machines and dryers. I also had trouble connecting to the WiFi, as it only seemed possible with a mainland SIM card.

The facilities are OK, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. I didn't sleep well all night. No one answered the front desk phone at night, and I couldn't find anyone at the front desk.

I have stayed here several times. The room is pure white European style. I like the whole house smart. Bathrobes are also provided in the room at this price. It is catching up with many four- and five-star hotels. The price-performance ratio is really good. The hygiene is still not very good. There are also problems with the room facilities.
