The location of the apartment is very suitable for Macau transit, and the facilities are new. However, the experience of disposable bath towels is extremely poor, which is contrary to the name of a boutique apartment. Fast food and SF Express are not allowed in the building. It is said that it is for the safety of residents. The fact is that anyone can enter the building, and only food delivery and express delivery are restricted. This is the building management being lazy, taking care of things that shouldn't be taken care of, but not taking care of things that should be taken care of: In such a new building, there are big cockroaches in the elevator hall!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Let me talk about the service first. It rained on the day I checked in. I took my umbrella into the check-in hall. The service guy was not happy and said it was wet. Do you know your location and work? If the ground is wet, drag it yourself. Let my luggage get wet in the rain. The elderly are also outside and dare not come in. This service is eye-opening. It’s just a small workshop. It should close down soon. Besides, the smell in the corridor of the room is really very big. I heard that the elevator fell down two days ago. I read other reviews and mentioned that the elevator fell down. After sleeping in the bed for one night, I felt that there were bugs and it was very itchy. The next day, there were red envelopes on the corridor. The garbage is flying everywhere and the smell is unpleasant. Everyone must avoid lightning.

The room equipment is very new, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and stove. The projector can watch videos and listen to music. With the beautiful scenery outside the large window, it is great value for money and makes people want to stay again.

It was already past 11pm when we arrived at the hotel front desk. The guy at the front desk was very nice and upgraded our room type. We stayed in a three-room suite with three rooms. Each room had a view of Macau, and the curved glass provided a very good view. One room was facing the University of Macau. Checking out was also very convenient. We just had to leave our card at the front desk.

The hotel is in a very good location, especially for those who are traveling to Macau. It is just 50 meters away from Hengqin Port, and the customs clearance is smooth and the transportation is convenient. It is an apartment hotel, which cannot be compared with four- or five-star professional hotels, but the overall feeling is still good. There are aunties to clean every day, and disposable supplies are replenished every day. The room is still relatively comfortable and suitable for a family trip. It takes more than 10 minutes to take a taxi from Chimelong. The bus is also downstairs, which is very convenient. Hengqin Port also has a light rail to the airport. Anyway, it was a satisfactory trip.

The boss was very nice and helped us upgrade the room for free. There were four beds for four people, two rooms and two bathrooms. It was really comfortable. I will book here again next time.
