The pillows, mattresses and sofa backs had a peculiar smell. The hair dryer was too small and had a fault in the folding area and could not be fixed. Everything else and the service were good.

The reservation was completely inconsistent with the actual room arrangement. I had booked a deluxe double room, but when I arranged the room, it was only on the 25th floor. I was completely dissatisfied with the extremely poor service attitude. I arrived at 23:00 in the evening and had not even eaten dinner, and was obstructed by this male staff member.
