The room is spacious, facing the sea, with an unbeatable view. The front desk service is good. We arrived at the island in the morning and checked in in advance if there was a vacancy. They were very considerate and called the island tour bus to the door. The breakfast was rich. For dinner, we bought seafood at the fish market opposite and processed it in the hotel. It was very delicious. A pleasant vacation.

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman. It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

It's my first time to stay at Marriott Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection, and the service is very good. Because I checked in late at night and haven't eaten yet, I called to ask about the delicious midnight snack. The staff Clean patiently recommended the local specialties, which were very delicious. Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!
